BACKGROUND:

JULABO USA, a global leader in liquid temperature control equipment, remained open for business during the pandemic. Considered an essential business, their units were instrumental in the discovery and development of Covid-19 vaccines and treatments.

CHALLENGE:

How would JULABO USA reach both end users and distributors during the shutdown? Sales reps remained grounded and could not travel for onsite visits. What marketing strategies could we quickly implement that would inform customers that JULABO USA had the equipment they needed to continue research and development? 

STRATEGY:

Develop a digital marketing plan that was customized to reach end users and distributor partners where they are. Position JULABO USA as their go-to partner for temperature control equipment. Inform them of in-stock inventory that was ready to ship in under 48 hours and support post-sale with service-related tools and messaging.
