BACKGROUND:

Bridgeway Academy is a virtual education technology company that has been providing educational curriculum to homeschool families all over the world for more than 30 years. The digital space was familiar to them, but they had yet to uncover the power of social media and what it could do for them to recruit and retain homeschool families.

CHALLENGE:

How would Bridgeway Academy compete with other homeschool companies who established a social presence and already had thousands of followers? How could they create a sense of community on their existing Facebook page and start an entirely new Instagram channel? What would the content look like? What was their voice? And how would they attract new families to join their community?
